Claviga offers a number of Train the Trainer programmes which focus on training participants how to deliver Claviga programmes to other members of their departments. These programmes can be particularly cost effective if you have a large number of staff to be trained. It allows your Trainer to roll out the programme to new recruits as well as offer refresher training whenever appropriate.
Each programme is fully interactive and also provides each participant with one to one coaching. There is a comprehensive Claviga Trainer Guide, giving detailed step by step guidance throughout, which accompanies the programme.
On successfully completing the Train the Trainer programme, each participant is certificated by Claviga and will feel confident to roll out the programme to their colleagues. The Claviga role does not stop there as on-going support is always at hand should participants need it.
