The Front Desk team at a 5* London Hotel, has now achieved over USD 600,000 from its programme implemented just last year – Well done to the team – That’s over 1,300 up-sells!

A special mention for the reservations centre in the Middle East which has now attained over 7,000 up-sells, generating almost USD 4.5 million for the three hotels they cover!
