Tony Keck - Director
Tony works with client companies to provide tailor-made training solutions. He is particularly good at understanding client issues and objectives and identifying the right training needs.
The design and implementation of Claviga’s training programmes, including the production of detailed training manuals, is a particular area of expertise. Also specialising in executive coaching for senior managers, communication and inter-personal skills, and team working he firmly believes that, “Training should be viewed as an investment, not a cost.”
Prior to joining Claviga, Tony worked for Hilton International for five years as Corporate Management Development and Training Director. He has also held development and training positions with Forte Hotels and British Airways.
Tony holds a degree in hotel and catering administration. He lives in the Cotswolds with his wife and three children, and enjoys all the pleasures of country life whenever he manages to escape the office.
