

Sue is an accomplished training consultant whose creativeness and adaptability are second to none.
Sue has over twenty years experience in the hospitality industry, including front office operations and conference sales management. Sue’s skills lie in her clear communication and ability to facilitate strong relationships. She has great success in helping people to develop their confidence and build sales skills in their own individual style through her inherent coaching techniques.
Before becoming a member of the Claviga team, Sue spent the last fifteen years in hotel sales for InterContinental Hotels Group. She held several senior sales positions before taking responsibility as Area Sales Development Director for Western Europe and South region of the UK. This role involved managing accounts, training, coaching and personal development for both sales and conference departments.

Outside of her working life, Sue enjoys country walking and exploring local history and is adept in major house renovations!
