Richard founded Claviga in 1997 and is proud that our team of professional and respected consultants has successfully established our company with our many highly reputable clients.
Richard is at the forefront of Claviga’s sales effort, working hard at forging strong relationships and supporting our clients in achieving their aims of improved leadership and sales performance.
A consultant since 1988, his previous background includes sales and team leadership in the hospitality and travel industry. His work today focuses on driving leadership and sales performance though his training, coaching and team development activities. Richard is a Qualified MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) Practitioner.
Richard has travelled and worked on all continents and values his international experience which he believes contributes greatly to his ability to relate to our multi national programme participants.
Richard is persistent in his message that in business we never arrive "It is vital to maintain constant efforts to develop our people and our clients without whom we are nothing".
