Richard has developed an in-depth knowledge of the international travel and hospitality industry, and has worked for Hilton International, Marriott Hotels and Resorts and InterContinental Hotels where he was Vice President Sales Europe and Pacific/Asia. He believes that it is necessary to constantly review aspects of personal development for the benefit of both the individual and the organisation, ”It’s about re-investing in yourself. Married with three children, Richard has a passion for rugby and his son’s prowess on the rugby pitch keeps his hopes high for the future of Scottish rugby!
