Marc Fletcher - Consultant

Marc has been part of the Claviga team since November 2005. His role within Claviga includes the design and delivery of various Selling Skills programmes, aimed at all levels of the sales career ladder .

Marc is also heavily involved in the implementation of our plus programmes into many hotels worldwide. With Front Desk, Reservations, Meetings and Events, Food & Beverage and Spa departments all looking to maximize their revenues, he is certainly kept busy.

Prior to joining Claviga, Marc was a Director of Sales & Marketing at various hotels in both London and the Middle-East. His sales career followed his experiences in operational roles within the hotel industry, a past that means that Marc can draw upon many 'real-life' experiences when delivering his trademark high-energy, fun and motivational training sessions.

Marc has a degree in English Literature and spends his weekends at his home in Essex with his young family.
