

Jane's wealth of experience lies within the hotel industry and her most recent role, before joining the Claviga team, was as Director of Sales for Hyatt Regency Birmingham. She also has an excellent knowledge of Front Office, Meetings and Events and Revenue Management.
Jane's exceptional talents lie in building and developing people and encouraging team work.
With over 20 years’ industry experience, Jane feels one of the best ways for companies to develop and stay ahead is to offer great customer service. She enjoys sharing her own experiences with the participants and giving them an insight into the skills she has learnt during her roles in hotels.
Along with her husband, Jane enjoys entertaining and walking her dog in the Berkshire countryside.
