

Carla has over 17 years of experience in several sales functions in the hospitality industry. Most of her experience is based on her work for the Accor and Bilderberg Hotels & Restaurants in the Netherlands. She has operated on hotel, regional and national level where she has developed her sales qualities. Prior to her work in the hospitality business, she held several positions as regional manager in the catering and employment agency business.
Her strong point is to define efficient and effective sales structures for hotels. She is a firm believer in coaching on the job. Her success lies in the fact that she actually works besides her customers and within a short time defines the revenue possibilities and motivates people to take them.

Carla is married and has three sons. Besides her work she loves to cook, skate and ski.
