

Brian is an highly experienced business consultant, working with client companies to provide coherent sales strategies that reflect their overall business plan.
Bringing about change within an organisation is fundamental to his role. Delivery of the sales strategy is dependent on having the right organisational structure fitting with the rest of the company's functions. As well as identifying and developing the right people, systems and tools are necessary to ensure the sales organisation can deliver an effective and efficient strategy. Despite gaining a degree in chemistry, Brian has spent most of his career in sales. Before joining the team, Brian was with TNT Express Worldwide, based in Amsterdam responsible for managing global accounts. Prior to that he was European Director of Sales for Hertz, dealing with European and global accounts.
Brian has a son and two step daughters - and is a keen golfer and skier.
