Tess Leon - Consultant
Tess is our consultant based in Spain and focuses on delivering our plus programmes. Tess has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, first as a travel agent and then in hotel operations as Front Desk Manager with Spanish hotel group Hotusa, before moving to Melia Hotels as Reservations Manager. Most recently Tess has been working with the Spanish Tourist Board – successfully promoting Spain throughout the English speaking nations. Tess’s open and outgoing nature gives her an undeniably successful rapport with everyone who meets her.

Tess’s mother tongue is Spanish but she speaks fluent English, albeit with an antipodean accent - an outcome of a childhood spent in Australia. Tess enjoys an enviable Mediterranean lifestyle with her family and her dogs.
