After beginning her career with Hilton International in Dubai, Bola progressed to sales roles in the hotel and tourism industry, not only in the Middle East, but also in Australia, home in the UK and then back again in the Middle East.

Working with many nationalities, whilst perfecting her skills in personal development and cross cultural training, Bola has given participants something tangible to relate to rather than dry theory.

As part of the Claviga team based in Dubai, Bola is ideally suited to working with diverse cultures and people who support the exponential growth within the hotel industry.

Delivering primarily plus programmes, Bola’s dynamic style and motivational sessions encourage learning and participation at the highest level and both trainer and participants enjoy themselves.

Bola is married with one son, loves travelling, exploring new horizons and setting herself new challenges.
