The newsletter of Claviga, the innovative provider of development in leadershiip, sales, organisation change and revenue enhancement
The global financial situation has left the business world reeling with cutbacks, job losses and an overall mood of doom and gloom!
So what are we to do? Hibernate and hope for the best? Or stand up and face our challenges by applying all our skills and energies to make 2009 a success?
True leaders focus on the latter. Those businesses, who attack the situation by positively pursuing relationships, will not only come through the difficult period ahead of their competition but will come out the other side at least six months ahead of those who were depressed and wondering "what happened"?

What to do?
At Claviga we understand what it means and what it takes, not only to survive, but to excel in challenging times. We too are making our efforts to support you - our valued clients and prospects - create your difference and achieve your goals.
Let’s make it together in 2009.
Best wishes
Richard Hodgson
You may have already spoken to Natalie and Jaz as they are the voices of Claviga when you call. Jaz is our most recent member of the team, joining us last November. Jaz has learnt the ropes fast and handles much of our business administration. If you need something doing, Jaz will take care of it ... not just promptly but better than you can do it yourself!

Natalie Rolfe and Jaz Parmar
Natalie is focused on workshop co-ordination, everything from ensuring workshop materials are prepared and delivered well in advance, to liaising with participants, clients and our own consultants, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You may be wondering what Sue's doing these days .. she's very much still with us. Apart from taking care of our finances and managing the team, she's also our Marketing guru (did I really write that?)

We still have a limited stock of Claviga's 2009 desk calendars. If you'd like one, please email Jaz Parmar, with '2009 Calendar' in the subject. Don't forget to include your mailing address. It'll be on a first come, first served, basis so hurry to ensure you're not disappointed.
