The Project:

Our client is a leading provider of technology solutions for the shipping and power plant industries, employing over 16 thousand people throughout the world. As part of their corporate management and leadership development programme, Claviga facilitates a development programme for 300 management team members and country business heads .

Client Objectives:

1. To deliver business performance through people leadership and application of an effective business strategy

2. To develop a common languag through cross-organisation communication

Claviga Programme:

Focusing on the company’s leadership competencies, Claviga facilitates a programme, incorporating feedback and coaching from 1:1 discussions, and utilises the company’s management competency assessment and MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator). The subsequent workshop comprises group activities that centre on improved leadership, business performance, communication and team development. A key part of this workshop includes participation in a business simulation exercise. Another valuable element is discussion groups on topics set by our client’s board of management. Many participants opt for follow up one-to-one discussions to support their on going performance improvement.

The Outcome:

The programme realises a highly stimulating, interactive and powerful learning experience providing extremely positive feedback.
