As part of their corporate management and leadership development programme, Claviga facilitates a development programme for 300 management team members and country business heads .

Focusing on the company’s leadership competencies, Claviga facilitates a programme, incorporating feedback and coaching from 1:1 discussions, and utilises the company’s management competency assessment and MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator). The subsequent workshop comprises group activities that centre on improved leadership, business performance, communication and team development. A key part of this workshop includes participation in a business simulation exercise. Another valuable element is discussion groups on topics set by our client’s board of management. Many participants opt for follow up one-to-one discussions to support their on going performance improvement.
